Second and the most common one I see is the feed assembly behind the tray 1 pick up assembly. Tray 2 and 3 cant even print single sided. printer worked fine till yesterday 5/4/11. First you want to try to feed media from the manual feeder and see if it works ok. If the 41.5 printer error doesnâ€™t happen from tray 1 then best bet is to replace the feed assembly. Press the clip, swing the plastic back on its hinge.

It has a "L" arm and is attached with a spring in the rear which keeps the "L" arm away from the center of the selenoid.
