I contacted Dell and was able to resolve the problem with this easy fix...as follows. -Unplug the computer and disconnect all devices. -Press and hold power button for 10 seconds to by R. Windows 7 is very good at picking up hardware devices and choosing the drivers it needs. now im just gna leave my comp off overnight without anything attached to it hopin itl reset itself...
